How can I try Tables?

Tables was built to be part of Zapier—meaning that it was designed to connect seamlessly with other Zapier tools and features like Zaps,&nbsp; Zapier Interfaces, and others. That means you can confidently build data systems with automation naturally integrated and easily connect to Zapier’s 6,000+ apps.

How is Tables different from other options out there?

Tables Basic is available on all Zapier plans for free!

Is Tables included for free with my paid Zapier plan?

We’ll let you know if you’ve reached the limits with Tables Basic right in Zapier! You’ll be prompted to purchase the Tables Premium add-on when you’ve hit your tables, fields, or records limits, or if you try to access an advanced feature available only on Tables Premium.

How will I know if I’m reaching the limits of Tables Basic?

Simply head over to your account <a href="/app/settings/billing" rel="noopener noreferrer">billing and usage settings page</a> and select the Tables add-on for purchase. Or, check out the “Buy now” link at the top of this page.

How do I purchase the Tables Premium add-on?

You’ll receive an email from Zapier notifying you that your add-on purchase was successful, and you’ll see the Tables add-on on your <a href="/app/settings/billing" rel="noopener noreferrer">billing and usage settings page</a>.

How will I know I successfully purchased the Tables add-on?

Yes, you need a Zapier account to try Tables for free. You’ll need a paid Zapier account to purchase the Tables Premium add-on. You can upgrade your account on your <a href="/app/settings/billing" rel="noopener noreferrer">billing and usage settings page</a> prior to purchasing the Tables add-on.

Do I need a Zapier account to purchase the Tables Premium add-on?

Yes, you can! Simply head over to your account <a href="/app/settings/billing" rel="noopener noreferrer">billing and usage settings page</a>, look for the Tables add-on, and you can downgrade from there. After confirming, you will be downgraded to Zapier Basic for your next add-on billing cycle. You’ll have access to the add-on until your next add-on bill date.

Can I cancel the add-on at any time?

What happens if I need more than what Tables Premium offers?

Your <a href="https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496196837261-How-is-usage-measured-in-Zapier-" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Zapier task usage</a> is based on successful actions. Previously, Zaps that successfully completed “create record” actions in Tables counted toward your task usage (this could be actions like adding new records to Tables with every new form submission through a Zap).&nbsp;Now, these actions will not be counted towards your task usage—they’re essentially free!&nbsp;This includes actions like:&nbsp;<ul><li>Importing data to Tables (either in bulk or one-off records)&nbsp;</li><li>Moving data to Tables through Zaps that create new records (e.g. new form submissions sent to Tables)</li><li>Find/create records</li></ul>
