Gold Rush Vinyl’s team was handling every step of its customer service and sales processes manually. With 10-50x the number of clients as other manufacturers, they couldn’t keep up.
Starting with automatically saving PDFs in Gmail to Google Drive, Caren built each step of these critical processes within Zapier.
“We can now attribute almost all of our customer service and sales processes to seven Zaps that we use with filters, delays, email parsing, and conditional formatting,” said Caren.
As the founder and CEO of a small business, Caren was consumed by daily operations, leaving her little time to focus on expanding Gold Rush Vinyl beyond its existing work.
Using Zapier, Caren created 76 Zaps that manage more than 18,000 tasks per year, freeing up 2,000+ hours for herself and for her employees.
